I always bought bread from here every week when my class end. The texture is fantastic. It soft and fluffy. You can taste the filling butter+sugar, not so sweet compared to those found at other bakeries. It fluffy too. Most importantly, their texture remain the same even after a few hours being left exposed.Always polite, fast, efficient service, without wasitng time on pleasantries.
