The concept of Ramen Champion is good: there are a number of stalls selling ramen. Each stall is selling their own specialites and there are no repetition. Even if they are selling gyoza, there are stall selling chicken gyoza and the other pork gyoza. This is from Gantetsu. The soup is very different like what is on the menu "Special Miso Ramen". Serves with few pieces of char siew, 1 egg and seaweed.
