The cuttlefish is very fresh and of good quality. It has the crunchy texture, springy and nice to bite on. It is served with lots of kangkung veggie, and topped with the sweet sauce and big handful of sesame. To me, I don't really like the sauce as it's a bit too sweet. I reckon it will taste much better with satay sauce (some of the places in Malaysia serve this dish with the slightly hot peanuty satay sauce).
