Walked around at saw that Empire States had this really cool deal for students - Build our own pasta, so we decided to try it. We could choose from 4 different pastas, and both of us chose spaghetti. We could even chose the ingredients we want in our pasta, and I chose bacon, mushrooms and chicken. There were many choices for the sauce too, though i ordered it as an aglio olio, while my friend ordered Tomato sauce for her pasta.

The food came rather slow though, but I guessed its becos it was lunchtime and the restaurant was quite crowded. My pasta was nice, though abit oily. Serving was just nice for me, and after finishing it i was really full. The ingredients given was pretty little though i feel.

It wasn't inclusive of GST and service charge, so the total bill was $20.70 for both of us.

*One thing i didnt like about this restaurant, it is an open concept restaurant, so many ppl will walk pass. There isn't much privacy and kind of awkward as ppl stares at you eating when they walk by.
