After a strenuous yoga workout, my friend and I were starving. And so, we headed to Riders Cafe since it was the nearest brunch place. When we got there at around 1030am, the place was packed with ang mos having breakfast with their whole families.

Since we didn't make any reservations, the waiter said that we had to wait for at least 30 minutes to get a table. We didn't really have the energy to walk anymore so we just said yes and took a seat in their waiting couch.

I think it was only less then 30 minutes when the waiter said that a table was waiting for us. We were then ushered to our seats which were on the side of the stables. From here, we could smell dog food coming from the stables (I think). Well, at least it wasn't dung or it wouldve ruined our appetites.

Anyway, I ordered the Blackstone Benedict with Bacon, Tomatoes, Poached Eggs, and Hollandaise on Sourdough. They were quite efficient with the time, order was served in less than 15 minutes. Hmm.

The bacon was drenched in sauce, I didn't really get to taste it anymore. I did enjoy the poached eggs, though. As soon as I sliced it with my knife, the egg yolk oozed out so smoothly. =D
