I happen to visit one of my relatives in Changi General Hospital and had my lunch at their foodcourt. The foodcourt is big and cosy with air-conditioned which is really cooling there. Spot this ban mian stall as the price is cheap and affordable. The ban mian is not too thick and smooth in texture. The soup base is quite sweet and thick. At only two dollar and fifty cents per bowl, is a very good budget meal for the day.
