My Humble Opinion:
Everything on the Menu is sooo...tempting...
As if calling you to order all of them at one go…!!

Look at the soup…the hot steam dancing slowly up onto your face…the sourness lingering with a tad of spiciness…you, are definitely salivating now…
The noodle, al dente…
The veggies, fresh & crunchy...
The minced meat, soft & tender…
See the delicious 63 degree egg...it's perfect to temporarily sooth your throat before you gulp down more of this spicy concoction…mmm…

Bill: $3
Requested for more veggies & there was no extra charge!

Verdict:

Harlow…can I come to this Hospital more often…?!

Visited my uncle in this hospital and at the same time have my dinner here before heading back home. Bought the century egg porridge from this food stall which at merely $2 is very cheap. Portion is very generous and even good to serve 2 people. The century eggs are quite generous portion and chewy. It is not too salty and very tasty. The stall auntie is friendly and stall is clean.

Accompany a friend to visit her relative at General Hospital, we had our lunch nearby there after that. Normally I used to take the handmade noodles at stuffy hawker centre, but now I was settling it at the comfy air-conditioned place. It was quiet and fairly empty around, we can easily look for a table. Environment was clean and neat, maybe it was located close to Hospital.Back to the dish, I ordered Handmade Noodle in pieces. Back to the dish, I ordered Handmade Noodle in pieces. The most important decisive factor was the thickness and tenderness of the dough, luckily the basic was done very well. Chewiness was acceptable, the soup was decent too. I prefer this kind of homely light, plus a little aggy fragrant version. Minced pork was pre-marinated and salty enough to accompany the overall, fried onion was latter part dashed on the top. $4.00 for one bowl of Ban Mian, it did worth the price.

If you happen to pass by simei area, do not hesitate to head to the Changi Hospital foodcourt to have your meal. Foods here are priced very reasonablely and also the cooling air-conditioned environment with build-in television will certainly give you a very comfortable dining experience. One of my favourite here is the deep fried fish soup rice noodles. The fish meat is very fresh and not too salty. The creamy soup is very tasty and not too salty as well. I happen to visit one of my relatives in Changi General Hospital and had my lunch at their foodcourt. The foodcourt is big and cosy with air-conditioned which is really cooling there. Spot this ban mian stall as the price is cheap and affordable. The ban mian is not too thick and smooth in texture. The soup base is quite sweet and thick. At only two dollar and fifty cents per bowl, is a very good budget meal for the day.
