The beef is sliced really thinly which really shows the excellent cuting skills of the chef. The broader version of the kway teow here is very smooth in texture and easy to eat. The thick gravy that is used to cook this dish is full of the nice fragrant and sweetness from the beef meat and the generous amount of chinese sauces used in it. The portion is really generous and good to serve for two adults for a small plate of it.
