I love beef so I was happy to see that Sushi Tei has this beef strips that I can book on a hot stone plate. But this beef comes marinated in some sauce (tasted like Teriyaki sauce) and they heat up a hot plate for you. Melt some butter on the plate and cook the meat. I didn't like the marination too much as I think it kinda takes away the beef flavour rather than adds to it. A tad overpowering.
