Was up early for breakfast at Holland Village and not many places were open. Chanced upon this new eating place and was eager to try their breakfast items out Ordered their Egg Benedict ($12.50) and Egg Florentine ($15) plus two Cappuccino. The coffee was so-so, but was altogether even more disappointed that my poached eggs were not up to expectations at all. The egg yolk was not runny but semi-solid. However the only plus point was the service. I gave credit to how earnest and sincere the owner of the place was. He was very forthcoming to my feedback about the quality of the poached eggs. I hope the quality could be improved in the future.
