Teriyaki chicken and salmon bento.

Surprisingly the rice texture is soft despite it's appearance.
Now, let' move on to the teriyaki chicken's taste. The sauce aroma is really overwhelming and smell "sweet". Of course, it tasted sweet as well. The sauce could be less sweet to bring out the natural taste of the chicken. But however, according to the chicken texture, I assume that the chicken is not really very fresh. A little bit disappointed by that. Maybe they made the sauce sweeter for today to cover up the not-so-fresh chicken flesh or something xD.
Salmon, Ok, a little bit happy and saved for the day by the salmon. Fresh, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I think they actually went to simmer the fish first then pan grill it for a little while. The sauce? Yes, the same taste as the teriyaki chicken sauce.
Condiments are really, really, little! When asked for more, none was actually given unless their mayonnaise was given even lesser before asking for more.
Vegetables? I don't think the nutrient are intact as it seems that the vegetables have been shredded and put away in a corner for quite a period judging from the color.
