Anyway on to the taste of the egg tart. I must say I am very impressed with the egg tart. The egg custard is quite wobbly and creamy and it is not very artifically sweet. I love this type of egg custards. In addition, the crust is buttery and simple melts-in-your-mouth when you bite into it. The crust is not too sweet either, so on the whole it is very balanced and eating one whole large tart like this is my idea of a perfect not-so-unhealthy indulgence!
