I am in the area for lunch when I pass by this shop. It sells a variety of paus. There is black sesame pau, chicken / pork big pau ($1.80), braised pork pau, Amy Yi's Jumbo Pau($3.50) and Sured-Win Jumbo Pau, as well as, other dim sum items.Amy Yi's Jumbo Pau ($3.50)The pau is huge in size, much bigger than my fist. It is filled with egg, pork, chicken, mushroom, and chinese sausage. The skin of the pau is quite thick, but also quite soft too. The pau tastes quite salty and I could not finish it

If one feel that this pau is not filling, then you should try the Sured-Win Jumbo Pau which is filled with egg, pork, chicken, mushroom, chinese sausage and a rice dumpling. Yes there is a full sized rice dumpling inside the pau.
Overall the pau is interesting but it is way too big for one to have it.
