The braised Pig’s trotter with “Fatt Choy” Black Moss is not oily at all. The tendons of the trotter are intact and that was my favourite, it is springy. The meat is tender, juicy, and well-seasoned too and goes well with the special belachan chilli sauce.
This food tasting event was held at Sentosa Cove in one of the function room, the food was delivered by Yum Cha in a cook-tek bag with an induction base to keep food warm for 2 hours.
