For the egg, there is a choice of poached, scrambled, and fried, which I has selected scrambled. The sausage is char burnt and tastes a bit bitter with burnt taste.

Spanish baked eggs 'en cocotte', chorizo, red pepper, tomato relish & spinach ($21++)
This dish takes the longest time to be served. Those who like tomato sauce will like this dish. It is too much tomato sauce for me. I like the bits of chorizo in the sauce. Covered with the hot sauce, the raw spinach does not too raw to me. The bread is a bit tough to chew on.

For drinks, we have

Mah Jong Fruit Blush Infusion Tea ($6++)
The tea has a rather fruity taste. The tea turns quite red in colour after soaking in the tea bag. After finishing the tea, mom has requested for a refill of hot water in the tea pot. But the pot does not make its way back. In the end we ask another staff who make another fresh pot as she could not find the previous pot.

Overall food is rather on the high end for simple breakfast dishes. Service is uneven for a not crowded day. Much to be improved on.
