Wide ranges of deep fried and steamed dim sums are available at Yum Cha. My favourite is their look so simple and yet quite delicious deep fried carrot cake. Their carrot cake is quite thick and compact, the fragrant of the shredded carrots and the flour they have used to mix with it has make the texture really smooth and not too hard. For their price, I thought may be abit high but still for such a quality dim sums, I would not mind to have it when I have the craving to have it.
