Finally get to taste the fried carrot cake from this stall by CHANCE. Yes, it's by chance. Why? Well, becoz this stall always has long Q and even if I can afford the time to Q, by my lunch time, the owners are in the midst of calling it a day as they finished whatever they sells for the day.I'm so so lucky that my colleague help me ta bao lunch bought from the "wrong" stall.  Trademark of carrot cake from this stall are delicious big chunks of carrot cake and generous servings of eggs. Yummy...no wonder it's delicious. Most importantly, the moist fluffy kueh are nicely pan fried till golden brown on the outside.
