My friend has order the catering from this company for the one years old birthday of his son. The display on the table with skirting are presentation and neat. Especially recommend their chicken cutlets with thai sweet sauce and the deep fried prawn fritters. The chicken meat is very tender and juicy,crispy on the outside and yet not too oily. Especially recommend their chicken cutlets with thai sweet sauce and the deep fried prawn fritters. The chicken meat is very tender and juicy,crispy on the outside and yet not too oily. The sweet thai sauce blend in really well with the chicken cutlets and added that sweet spicy flavour to it. The prawn fritters here are also crispy outside and is fluffy on the inside, plus the prawns are very fresh and crunchy too.
