Beat the morning rush, I have to finish up this hot steamy plate of "Chai Taou Kway" (fried carrot cake) within 10 minutes. Fried Carrot Cake , S$2.50 (Small) / S$3.50 (big) can be done either black or white version. The dine in version will be way better than the packet version as one get to taste it directly hot from the wok! In between, we get to taste the crunch from the little "Chai Po" added in it.
