I had to queue around 5minutes before I could order the char siew pau, which I have seen one other table having it. This char siew pau is really delicious in my opinion! The char siew is slightly sweet, slightly saltish and not too gooey such that I am still able to taste the char siew meat in the pau. The pau skin is also not too thick which allows me to savour more of the char siew. The only bad thing is that it is too small! One pau is not enough.
