Always when I am here during breakfast time, there would be a queue for their paus as well as pastries. I am a fan of their char siew, so normally i will get the char siew sou since it can be left out unlike the char siew pau where the skin will harden if left out. I like the crust as it is not too thick and it is very crispy. The top pastry skin is always coated very lightly with honey and have sesame seeds on it which enhances the flavour.
