The claypot rice here is pretty good. The dark sauce used is of a relatively good quality. It is not the kind that screams salty nor the ones that are excessively sweet. It is a balanced sauce that mixes well with the marinated chicken chunks and 'lap cheong'. I enjoyed the blend of the salty chicken with the slightly sweet 'lap cheong'. The rice combines well with these ingredients too. However, I don't like the 'burnt' and hard pieces of rice that sticks to the sides of the claypot cos they ta
