The Café Cartel (Closed)

This western restaurant may not have a very popular venue for dining, but I can tell you the standard of the foods served here are really good! Especially like to eat their deep fried chicken cutlets as the chicken meat is very tender and juicy, which also include the crispy chicken skin that is very fragrant and not too salty as well. The mashed potato is also very moist and soft in texture, and really love those thick creamy pepper gravy which make it really tasty!
