The FoodMarutama's speciality is the thin japanese noodle used in their Ramen and bsacially there are 4 soup bases which are chicken, spicy chicken, prawn or nuts. I ordered the Marutama Ramen with chicken soup base as is different from the rest of the Ramen outlets which use pork bone broth. Even though the noodles are thin, it give me the tenderness texture and springy feeling and I like the chicken broth which is cooked for 15 hours hence very flavourful with little MSG.The char siew is tende

The char siew is tender and flavourful and feel like eating wagyu beef.

The waitress who take down my orders is friendly with a smile and ramen is served promptly
