Sick of the normal char siew pork broth ramen? Why not give it a try for this chicken ramen! Big piece of chicken drumstick and chicken soup made the name of the shop (Tori King). Same as other outlet of Keisuke ramen, you are allowed to customize your own ramen from choosing the soup base, oil and texture of noodle. Free eggs are prepared on the table. You can eat the free bean sprouts as an appetizer or eat together with ramen. In order to tell if a ramen is good, I always choose the original

In order to tell if a ramen is good, I always choose the original taste, without many add-ons, but just a plain nori (a very big piece of seaweed). And of course I add in sesame to enhance the taste of the soup!

Chicken soup is not that strong compared to those made from pork bones. Lighter taste and not so saltish. Very clear good essence of chicken! Choose the texture of ramen to hard, so it will not get soggy easily. The only thing I hope is the soup can be little hotter because as the soup get cooler, it will become very oily.
