The chicken meat was also very tender and just melted off the bones. The soup was clear and very comforting, especially on a cold day. I don't take much starch, but their handmade ramen is not too bad either. I will usually take a spoon of ramen and soak it in the soup before eating it. Try it the next time you're there! The service staff is made up of exceptionally friendly aunties and one of them even offered me a glass of warm water when they heard me coughing (I had a bad cough that day).
