If you want to have a classy high tea with mates, or your loved one, I reckon 10 Scotts is a good choice. Located in the Hyatt hotel, this place has great ambiance, elegant yet relax setting, and friendly staffs with awesome service. 10 Scotts serves a wide range of delicate snacks bites, and sweets! Upon seated, a stack of food will be served to your table. Items such as crab cakes, fresh popiah, gourmet sandwiches, curry puffs etc are refillable.
My favourite snack bite is the prawn on toast. The prawn is huge and crunchy, with minimum seasoning, you can really taste the freshness and natural sweetness of the prawn.
There is a section where you can get a selection of cheese prepared by the chefs. You can paired them with a variety of assorted gourmet breads. if you are not teh cheese person, you can have the bread with the duck pate. Good try!
The indulgent desserts are gorgeous and delicious! Other than those displayed on the dessert bar, you can also get the chef to simmer your pineapple slice in syrup, and serves it with ice-cream!
To end the gorgeous high tea session, the staff will serve you the freshly toasted scones, where you can eat with raspberry jam, kaya jam or fresh clotted cream. If you have enough of the champagne, feel free to ask for gourmet tea or coffee to compliment the scones. Very delightful high tea!
