i love the claypot rice at abc brickworks food centre. I think it is one of the most fragrant ones I have tasted. The chicken is very nicely marinated. It is tender and juicy. the rice is not so hard. The black sauce adds an extra flavor to the rice. too bad this place’s claypot rice do not have a lot of salted fish. It is so rare to find a piece.
