Sounded ridiculous if telling somebody I was eating entire chicken including the bone, yet it was the fact. Located at Jurong Point, Malioboro was a traditional Indonesian restaurant. Rice was uniquely served in Cone shape, impressive presentation. Basically, the chicken had slightly gritty texture. Crispy and tender, it was fuss-free to be caution about or taking out the bone. By using the high-quality pressure cooker, chicken remained juicy and chewy. Saltiness was just nice, no greasy feeling. The flavour of Sambal suited my appetite, spicy yet brought a humble fragrance. $7.90, it was a great dining experience for me.
