I ordered the classic Shiromaru Motoaji in thick noodles, as recommended by the staff. The tonkatsu soup is served with rosu chashu, cabbage and spring onion. I like the richness of the broth but overall, I felt that Ippudo ramen is overrated and the long queues are not worth it.
