i went for a delicious dessert at bakerzin. Their brulee is simply to die for. The custard under the delicious hard caramel is so rich is lingers in your mouth for a long time. It is very soft and smooth it simply glides down your throat. The hard caramel proves to be a contrast to the custard. Topped with delicious fresh fruits, it is indeed an indulgence.
