I went to imperial treasure with my girlfriend for dinner. we ordered a couple of dishes to share. I think the si ji dou or four season bean was really good. it was actually long bean fried with minced meat. The sauce that they fry the long beans and minced meat was really tasty. the minced meat went really well with white rice. the long bean was very crunchy and juicy, it was not too salty as well.
