Went to Ion basement for my late lunch, saw that Ginza Bairin wasn't crowded so sat down and ordered kurobuta curry katsu set; Crispy fried breaded pork cutlet was lightly seasoned and juicy, its freshly cooked as there’s still smoke when I lift up the pork. Japanese curry has always been my favorite kind/type of curry as it’s mild and thick; curry gravy was rich, luscious and delicious, goes really well with the fluffy and soft pearl rice.
