After my first visit to Forlino, I am totally in love with their awesome food and great ambiance. This time round, I tried the 5-courses "Degustation" set meal that costs $158++.The first course is the Pan Roasted Goose Liver with Lambrusco Wine and Morello Cherry. Second course, Black Cod Cappelletti with Spicy Broccoli and Confit Garlic Chips, surprises me with the appetizing spicy sauce. However, personally I don't enjoy eating the thick pasta like this. Not a fans.

Third course is the Boston Lobster with Sicilian Eggplant ‘Caponata’. OMG, the lobster meat is so fresh and literally crunchy! The sweet and sour eggplant bedding enhances the general flavour of this seafood dish.

Main course is the Wagyu Beef Cheek with 100% Chocolate and Red Wine Sauce. Big bonus goes to the beef texture! It's so tender! The chocolate wine sauce is a bit too rich for me, perhaps I am not too used to this combination.

Molten Lava Chocolate Cake, served with the Mascarpone Ice-cream and Persimmon Coulis is very well done! The melted chocolate in the lava cake is fragrantly rich, and the Mascarpone Ice-cream is such a pleasant finish touch for the wonderful meal.
