My sister and I went to dozo for some delicious Japanese fine dining. We chose to have the 7 course meal. It was real expensive but totally worth it. for starters, we had the chef’s selection of assorted platter. It was really delicious. for my cold dish, I selected the king crab claw salad. I simply love the sesame vinaigrette. Love the sweetness of the crab claw, it is just so fresh, I selected the tempura battered soft shell crab on mash potato for my side. Love the crispiness of the crab. it
For my soup, I opted for the double boiled beef consommé, it is so delicious. the flavours are strong and refreshing. The beef makes the soup so tasty. for my main dish I opted for the beef tenderloin. It was served on a hot stone, kept it warm for some time, the beef is so tender and delicious. really enjoyed this dish. The drinks and desserts were really good as well. Love the food here.
