I haven't been to Sunset Way for quite some time, and I was surprise to see Megumi Japanese Restaurant there at the corner shop which previous was a Chinese restaurant. I went in with the "giving it a go" thought, but the food there are actually quite good! I had the Chef recommendation Tori Karaage Ramen ($11.80). The ramen in shoyu soup base was served with deep fried chicken. I have to say the ramen tastes pretty ordinary, the soup doesn't really have the 'wow' factor, but the chicken pieces

I had the Chef recommendation Tori Karaage Ramen ($11.80). The ramen in shoyu soup base was served with deep fried chicken. I have to say the ramen tastes pretty ordinary, the soup doesn't really have the 'wow' factor, but the chicken pieces are so well-marinated, love it so much!

My mate had the Kaisen Sushi Don ($16.80), which is a bowl of sushi rice topped with assorted raw fish. The sashimi are so fresh, and naturally taste sweet. Good quality.
