Most of the time when we order Salmon its either in sushi form or grilled but this dish that I tried yesterday the diced salmon were boiled.The diced salmon Benton rice box served with ingredients of generous amount of stir fry onions and pieces of scrambled eggs topped with scallions on the rice. A light sweet sauce was added to the overall combination making the dish more palatable.Priced at S$10.80.For MOF members you will be eligible for 10% discount.
