Ah Yat Seafood Restaurant

Went for the dim sum buffet when I saw the deal for $17.50/pax, didn’t expect it to be so out-of-place but the dim sum was good!

Cold dish: Sea snail with sea whelk, nothing impressive, kind of bland and the sea snail was a bit tough.

Chives and Shrimp Dumplings: the chives were fragrant without being overpowering and the shrimps were big and tangy! Rating: 4.5/5

Seafood Rolls: Fried to a perfect crisp on the outside, with a savoury seafood paste within, great combo! Rating: 4/5
