The sure bet at Crystal Jade My Bread would be their Chinese Dim Sum. Their bread are quite ok as well, especially the BBQ Pork Pineapple bun, but their speciality are still in Cantonese Dim Sum.Snow white fluffy steamed Char Siew Pau (BBQ bun) is yummy. The soft fluffy pau almost melt in your mouth, the standard is as good as some of the restaurant. Do take it while hot before it turn soggy. Hong kong BBQ pork pastry is another favourite of mine. Hong kong BBQ pork pastry is another favourite of mine. The pastry was filled with rich honey BBQ pork which is really satisfying. Not too sweet and you can taste small chunks of pork as well. The shop front was kind of small, you gotta squeeze your way through the narrow elongated store to get your bread and pay for it. Payment service was prompt.
