This "chu chiong fun" is with "cha siew" one.It is quite special,as we seldom see this in food court.This is only available for the hong kong dim sum,The cha siew is quite nice,flavourful and it really match well with the chu chiong fun.This is a normal hong kong "chu chion fun".The sauce is not tomato or chilli sauce but is soya sauce.The "fun" is really soft and smooth.And the leek really make it taste nicer.This is "ha qin",means prawn covered by the fried skin.It is quite oily,but is tasty.N
