I've been wanting to try this Japanese franchise cafe for some time already but there's always a long queue during weekends. The wait is finally over when I managed to beat the queue on a Friday evening at 6pm. Hoshino Spaghetti $14++, prepared in aglio olio style with savory bacon, sausages, shimeiji mushroom and fresh veggies, topped with a perfectly poached egg and sprinkled with roasted sesame seeds. They were generous with the ingredients and the pasta was perfectly al dente, faultless.
