This is one dish which I will always order but you must always remind the staff that you want to have a freshly prepare one, else they might give you those that are on the covert belt which will not be so fresh anymore. Good thing is that Sushi Tei have a standard where you can tell them to change one if the dish is not fresh.

My friend's favorite fish dish and they are nicely grilled with crispy skin and tender meat of the Salmon. Nice when you squeeze some lemon onto it before eating.

My favorite dish of fresh salmon and rod together with sushi rice instead of those normal white rice. Easy for the stomach and nice to fulfill your cravings for sashimi.

This is a seasonal dish (There is another dish which looks about the same) as this one include Matsutake Mushroom. Simple refreshing soup to drink with all the sashimi in your stomach.

This sashimi include Bluefin tuna, Swordfish, Salmon and Tuna belly Sashimi. All nicely cut while the Tuna belly is simply melted in your mouth with each and every bite. Highly recommended.
