Nothing much to do on Hari Raya holiday so went out with Hubby to have dinner at Punggol Plaza.Today's menu:Steamed Red Snapper with parsley & ginger sauce $28.00: This is new item on their menu, the parsley & ginger sauce is pretty refreshing and yummy. Fish was fresh and meaty...good dish!Deer meat w/ ginger & spring onion $14.00: Serving is quite small for the price, taste is ordinary.Fried Baby Kailan w/ Oyster Sauce $8.00: Kailan was fresh and crunchy, not bad.
