These vegetable noodles here not only taste good in the soup version, I am really glad I have tried their dry version too. The vegetable noodles is as usual very chewy and thick in texture. The secret in this dish is the thick fragrant dark sauce that used to toss the noodles. The taste is quite sweet and fragrant. Their deep fried ikan billis are very crispy and not to oily.
