The Cafe Cartel has always been a place I will go to when I am craving for pasta. Over the years when more and more outlets had opened, the once "the nicer pasta I ever had" had became average. I believe it apply to most businesses here in Singapore when they start to have another outlet. Often, quality is hard to maintain.This outlet is nicely designed!They will serve you a bread basket upon your arrival.I had the Forest of Mushroom:Not bad, I believe it can be nicer!My friend had the Spicy Sea

He didn't like it and had half of the portion because he said that too much herbs was used in the pasta.Still, credit go to The Cafe Cartel! Their website was nicely done up not only that they offer attractive promotions. And also, on weekends or public holiday between 8.30am to 11.30am they had the breakfast menu which I will like to try it out.
