Went to my cousin's baby shower in his HDB flat over that weekend and they have ordered the value buffet from this catering company. At merely $10.49 per pax, a total of 8 food courses with 1 drink are served on the buffet spread. Among the food items, my favourite will be their sweet & sour fish fillet and also the pork rib with BBQ sauce. At merely $10.49 per pax, a total of 8 food courses with 1 drink are served on the buffet spread. Among the food items, my favourite will be their sweet & sour fish fillet and also the pork rib with BBQ sauce. The fish fillet is very soft and fresh, which the sweet & sour sauce is really appetizing. The pork ribs is very soft and chewy and with the BBQ sauce absorb in the meat, is really delicious. Foods are served hot, so make it looks more appealing and tastier.
