Jiale Buffet Services (Closed)

Went to my cousin's baby shower in his HDB flat over that weekend and they have ordered the value buffet from this catering company. At merely $10.49 per pax, a total of 8 food courses with 1 drink are served on the buffet spread. Among the food items, my favourite will be their sweet & sour fish fillet and also the pork rib with BBQ sauce. Have ordered their Chinese New Year Home Delivery food during the chinese reunion dinner and was quite happy with the service from the delivery man. He is friendly and the food items was delivered to my home on time. However I should say the food did not meet my expectation, especially their cold dishes. Their fried popiah was really soggy and the vegetable fillings in it was too plain and little. Their fried meat rolls only filled with lots of minced meat with no other ingredients mix in it

The food really was worth the waitchar siew rice -The char siew was generously sliced, it was quite juicy & not too lean nor dry. The rice was pretty good tooTheir signature dish got to be their roasted meatthe skin is so light & crispy, the meat is tender, juicy & practically falling off the bone.I’m definitely coming back for moreOverall i rate 8/10
