I find myself buying a lot from crystal jade these days. I got my son to buy the breads from crystal jade since he told me he was in Holland v and I know there is an outlet there. He bought the egg tarts as well as the polo bun with char siew. I ate one of the egg tarts I found it to be really crusty and nice. The exterior crust is a little flaky and it is very buttery.
