After hearing so much about the samsui ginger chicken, I finally gave it a try. $15.90. This portion is enough for 4 people. The chicken is very tender and goes well with the ginger sauce provided.the fried beancurd is soft on the inside and the skin is crisp. The gravy, when eaten with the the light-flavoured beancurd, makes it more flavourful. Beggar bowl chicken and chinese sausage $5.90sweet sauce's given separately so that we can add it to our own discretion. There's nothing special about this dish and tasted very average. Even though it is considered quite cheap, I won't be ordering this a second time.
