Ah Yat Restaurant (Closed)

This piece of deep fried fish from Ah Yat may look very simple and unattractive, but if you have your first bite of it, you will definitely be able to appreciate how good this simple piece of fish taste like. The fish meat is very soft and juicy and it is not overly coated with too much flour, which make the fish slight crispy and not too overly wrapped up with to much crust around it.
